Who We're Looking For:

We are always on the lookout for skilled professionals in various heritage roles across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth, including:

• Heritage Consultants
• Senior Heritage Consultants
• Associate Directors – Heritage
• Archaeology Consultants (Casual and Permanent)

What you will be doing:

• Conducting heritage assessments and preparing conservation management plans
• Developing and implementing heritage impact statements
• Leading and managing heritage projects from inception to completion
• Providing expert advice on heritage conservation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success
• Mentoring and developing junior team members (for senior roles)
• Conducting archaeological assessments and fieldwork (for archaeology roles)

About You:

• Strong understanding of heritage conservation principles and legislation
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven experience in heritage assessments and conservation planning
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Leadership and mentoring skills (for senior roles)
• Passion for preserving cultural heritage and uncovering historical insights (for archaeology roles)
