Who We're Looking For:
We are always on the lookout for skilled professionals in various heritage roles across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth, including:
- Heritage Consultants
- Senior Heritage Consultants
- Associate Directors – Heritage
- Archaeology Consultants (Casual and Permanent)
What you will be doing:
- Conducting heritage assessments and preparing conservation management plans
- Developing and implementing heritage impact statements
- Leading and managing heritage projects from inception to completion
- Providing expert advice on heritage conservation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success
- Mentoring and developing junior team members (for senior roles)
- Conducting archaeological assessments and fieldwork (for archaeology roles)
About You:
- Strong understanding of heritage conservation principles and legislation
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven experience in heritage assessments and conservation planning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Leadership and mentoring skills (for senior roles)
- Passion for preserving cultural heritage and uncovering historical insights (for archaeology roles)
