The Opportunity:
The Marketing Manager – Campaigns & Channels role at Urbis is an all-encompassing opportunity to lead and execute impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager – Brand and Campaigns, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Urbis and Cistri's brand awareness and reputation through strategically-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This is your chance to lead integrated campaigns in thought leadership, talent attraction, digital products, and content storytelling. With your campaign expertise and stakeholder management skills, you'll make an immediate impact. This role offers a dynamic blend of strategy, execution, and leadership in a fast-paced marketing landscape.
You will:
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing and evolving the refreshed Urbis brand strategy, ensuring consistency across frameworks, narrative, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- Manage the internal brand hub/portal, providing up-to-date tools and templates to enhance brand application across channels and campaigns.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns aligned with business growth priorities and market strategies, focusing on work-winning opportunities and talent attraction.
- Oversee integrated and digital marketing campaigns, including paid targeting strategies, and recommend future campaign and channel trends to optimise brand reach.
- Lead the development and execution of an integrated channel marketing strategy, managing digital channels (CRM, websites, SEO, email, social media) to maximise engagement and ROI.
- Manage and optimise the performance of campaigns and digital channels, reporting on results and recommending improvements to drive increased impact.
- Foster collaboration and a positive team culture, mentoring and managing the Marketing Coordinator, while streamlining workflows for the Marketing and Communications team.
About you:
- Appropriate undergraduate / post graduate degree qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, campaign and channel management within professional services or equivalent.
- Experience developing and executing integrated brand campaigns with a preference for managing integrated campaigns with both above-the-line and below-the-line activities
- Demonstrated experience managing enhancement and maintenance programs of corporate digital platforms including websites, client relationship management systems (CRMs), email and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for digital products.
- Demonstrated experience influencing at a leadership level within a professional services firm or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple agencies and creatives across channel programs on time and budget with high quality outcomes
